The 8,600-square-foot home was sold by 5400 Hammock Lake Dr LLC, managed by homebuilders Giorgio L. Balli and Albert D. Fernandez, to Timothy Z. Mosley, also known as Timbaland. The price equated to $924 per square foot. Read more at BizJournals.com.
