Giorgio Balli
Born in Lima, Peru, Giorgio Balli moved to Miami as a child. In 1965 he began working alongside his father and renowned architect, Giorgio Balli Sr. After graduating from the University of Miami School of Architecture, he forged his own path using his past experience and created a reputation both as an architect and general contractor. He currently oversees all divisions of Balli Group including the design, construction, and investment opportunities. He began his career designing and building private homes in the affluent, gated communities of South Florida alongside his father. Since then Balli Group has grown exponentially having built over 1.5M square feet of construction. His talents and ground-breaking designs have led him to become one of South Florida’s premier Architects and Builders.
Stefano Balli
Born and raised in Miami, FL, Stefano graduated from Florida International University School of Business with a dual major in Real Estate & Finance. Stefano joined Balli Group in 2016 and began working alongside his father. He realized that he shared the same passion and values of his father and grandfather before him. Stefano demonstrated an ability for the development process and aspired to expand the firm’s horizons. He is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of construction, creating of investment opportunities, and selling of the finished product. He is a licensed real estate agent with Compass and is an active young leader of the Urban Land Institute.
